If you happen to see a group of cyclists in the darkness of the evening do not get shocked. They are from the Pedal Association and they are completely aware of what they are doing.
They know that there are lots of children outlying the city from all areas that are unable to move and are in need. Touring and going out are also their freedom. The members of the Pedal Association have bikes with baskets and attend the house of the disabled children and pick them up to take them on short evening tours around the city.
These lovely souls also have a project called “unimpeded Soup”. The role is to provide hot soup to the homeless, with the hope of seeing a smile on a disabled child’s face and thankfulness on their parents. What can we say! Let’s hope mercy remains in their heart, and strength in their legs.
